Heather Harriman serves as Of Counsel at the firm. She brings a unique skill set to the firm, providing superior client service, plus effective and efficient business solutions for the firm and its clients.
Heather’s current practice focuses on business litigation, business “divorce,” and probate and trust litigation. She has practiced in numerous areas of commercial law and commercial litigation, including complex business disputes, contract disputes, evictions, collections, foreclosures, tax controversies, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor law. As a business and commercial litigator, Heather has litigated cases in both the state and federal courts throughout Oregon and Washington, including the United States District Court, United States Tax Court, United States Bankruptcy Court. With 20 years of experience and her distinctive background, Heather can draw from a wealth of experience while providing high-level support to the firm’s attorneys and ensuring that clients’ needs are addressed timely, efficiently, and effectively.
Heather also serves as the firm’s complex litigation project manager and team leader. She is adept at leading cross-functional teams of accountants, lawyers, consultants, and business owners as well as the attorneys and other staff both within and outside the firm, managing time-sensitive projects and seeing the big picture. She is a solutions-driven professional who brings her skills in communication, leadership, and project management to our team of dedicated lawyers. As an example of her dedication and skills, Heather secured a $1.7 M judgment for one of her clients in a week-long jury trial in 2019.
