## Bio

Joe focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. He has experience at every stage of civil lawsuits and has handled cases totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute, spanning a wide variety of industries and areas of the law. Joe brings an unusually broad and sophisticated perspective to his work, having also spent extensive time working in the public and academic sectors.

Before joining Rose Law Firm, Joe served for several years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Timothy L. Brooks of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Prior to that, he practiced law in both the private and public sectors in Fayetteville, including a stint at the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Arkansas. He has also taught several courses on evidence and advanced legal writing as an adjunct instructor at the University of Arkansas School of Law.
