Bio

Robyn has practiced with Rose Law Firm since she graduated from law school in 2002. She was named the first female Managing Member of the firm in 2018. In addition to serving in such role, Robyn maintains an active practice in the areas of real estate, corporate and securities, commercial financing and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in the following:

• Representing individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of real estate, lease transactions, zoning and development issues, title issues, restrictive covenants and other real estate matters
• Advising closely-held businesses in the acquisition and sale of businesses
• Representing borrowers and lenders in complex asset and real-estate based financing transactions
• Serving as local counsel to out-of-state lenders with transactions in Arkansas

In addition, Robyn serves as “outside” general counsel, advising several clients on day-to-day issues and general corporate matters. Robyn’s creativity and attention to detail benefit her clients in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, such as:

• Commercial purchase orders

• Customer rebate agreements
• Equipment lease and purchase agreements

Robyn is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, where she lives with her husband and two sons.
