Our commercial finance attorneys draw on their deep experience in working with the banking and finance industry. We represent a broad range of these types of institutions from small community banks to national banks doing business in Arkansas.

We also routinely serve as local counsel for lenders and borrowers in multi-state transactions involving Arkansas real estate, providing guidance on Arkansas issues and legal opinions to lenders on enforceability of security instruments and other issues.

Our extensive expertise allows us to carefully and efficiently negotiate, document and close all types of financing transactions. We believe that commercial lending is more than the production of form documents or negotiation of standard changes to boilerplate clauses, and we will make sure our clients understand their rights and obligations under their loan agreements. We bring our skills and imagination to the table for the benefit of our clients in commercial lending transactions. Our goal is to create value for our clients through our industry expertise, superior work product and solid client relationships.
