Our labor and employment team works with a myriad of clients regarding government and internal investigations including the following recent examples:

- Arkansas Department of Labor safety and health investigations/consultations
- Department of Labor wage and hour investigations
- Internal safety and compliance audits
- Internal workplace employment investigations (harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile workplace, etc.)
- Safety and health investigations by OSHA, MSHA and other such authorities
- Title IX investigations and enforcement by Office for Civil Rights

In addition, we have a deep history and extensive background in assisting companies  in various industries from a regulatory and compliance standpoint to conduct internal investigations, as well as respond to federal, state or local government investigations.

We also advise clients on how to operate their business in compliance with governing laws. This includes corporate governance issues, regulatory compliance, whistleblower claims and a variety of other issues that may confront a client, such as:

- Accounting fraud
- Bank fraud
- Commercial bribery and kickback
- False Claims Act violations
- Healthcare fraud
- Federal and state environmental, health and workplace safety
- Securities and commodities fraud

We understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in these investigations and work with our clients at the outset of any matter to ensure the investigation is afforded all the protections allowed by law.
